How

Use your Desktop, Laptop or Tablet.

Login to Zoom using my meeting id and passcode.

Be aware where your router is in case you have to reset it.

Create some space (6 x 8 feet)

The bare minimum you need is a stability ball, a hand pump, a resistance tubing set with attachments, a 5-pound dumbbell set and a yoga mat.

You can buy other inexpensive items to enhance your workout as time goes on.

Whatever equipment you currently have, I will design the routine around that.

The only minor hassle is adjusting the camera angle occasionally during the session.

My first objective is to make the workout safe despite not being in person.  Second, to make it as easy as possible to get started.  Third, to simply get your body stronger after these months and months of inactivity.

Give me feedback.  What is painful or awkward?  Your camera angle may not give me a good view, depending on the exercise.

I will give instructions, but not being next to you is a minor limitation.
